Individual Therapy

Individual sessions include a comprehensive intake with diagnostic assessments to

identify areas of need and diagnosis. Then we will work together to develop a treatment plan that focuses

on your needs, strengths, and areas of growth. My therapeutic foundation is in the Rogerian-humanistic

approach which means I focus on you as a unique individual while creating an accepting and safe place for us to work.

I am eclectic and pull from a wide variety of approaches and techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic Experiencing (SE) Body-based techniques to help release trauma,

narrative therapy, art therapy, and more.

I am not currently accepting new clients.

For insurance, I accept Aetna, Oxford, United Health, Oscar, and out-of-pocket


Privacy and confidentiality are always a top priority.

Our society has a strong stigma against mental health services. I am always happy when a friend or someone I meet shares the good news that they have started therapy! I know not everyone feels proud or able to share. Please know that confidentiality is always a top priority. While in person sessions always allow for the greatest amount of privacy, our world has evolved to virtual sessions. When conducting virtual sessions, I use Zoom, which is a HIPAA compliant platform, so you can always feel safe and protected.
