Welcome, it’s so very nice to meet you. I have been a practicing licensed clinical psychologist for 10 years but a healer for life. My passion has always been helping my clients better understand themselves, separate themselves from their diagnosis and symptoms, and use tools to help heal and become whole. We are all struggling humans in this chaotic world and often times forget to give ourselves space for self-care and healing. In a world that constantly tells you who you “Should” be, it’s hard to find and feel at home in your true self. Professionally, I am a lifelong learner, often taking trainings to expand my knowledge and skills. I do not believe one size fits all and I choose techniques to align with client’s needs.
